2. Services Offered MANUH provides professional DJ services for private and public events. DJ equipment (e.g. controller) is included. Sound and lighting equipment are not provided.

 

3. Booking & Agreement Bookings are made via the booking tool on the website. A booking is considered confirmed once both parties have agreed in writing via email.

 

4. Cancellation Policy - Free cancellation: up to 14 days before the event - 25% cancellation fee: for cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the event - 50% cancellation fee: for cancellations less than 7 days before the event, Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

 

5. Payment Terms Payment is due by bank transfer after the event. An invoice will be sent by email within 5 business days after the event. Payment is due within 14 days.

 

6. Liability The event organizer is responsible for any technical issues or failures related to electricity or sound systems at the venue. MANUH is not liable for failures due to inadequate infrastructure or technical setup provided by the organizer.

 

7. Illness & Unavailability If MANUH is unable to perform due to illness or other important reasons, efforts will be made to find a suitable replacement DJ. However, availability of a replacement cannot be guaranteed.

 

8. Final Provisions Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck. Should individual provisions of these T&Cs be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
